For the month of April, we are offering a £100 reduction in our quoted fees for your conveyancing if you are one of the first 25 Clients to accept our quotation.

Here’s how it works…

Moving house can be a stressful and expensive business and we hope we can help with some of the preparation as well as some of the cost.

One positive start is to find out what your conveyancing fees might be by obtaining a quotation for your legal fees and disbursements – these are sums we pay to third parties on your behalf, such as searches, Stamp Duty and so on.  It costs nothing to obtain a breakdown of those costs and our quotations come with no strings or obligations attached – we will even let you have a Fittings & Contents form to help get you started.

If you are happy with our quotation and are one of the first 25 Clients to confirm your instructions promptly before the end of April 2017, we will reduce our professional fees by a total of £100 – your quotation will even be valid until our last working day before Christmas 2017!

To accept our quotation, you just need to confirm your instructions (an e-mail is fine), provide some basic details and ID. We will complete our ID checks (we even pay for this) and you are then ready to go! 

We will keep your details completely confidential and won’t use them for any other purpose – we promise.
